Pipina provides commercially appropriate and strategic legal advice on all facets of property, leasing and development for corporates, developers, builders, real estate agents and landlords. Her private client practice also includes advising on wills, estate planning and residential conveyancing matters.
Pipina expertly represents clients in substantial transactions involving acquisitions and sales of commercial and industrial properties. And has also advised property owners on development and subdivision of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Her experience spans preparing pro-forma documentation, negotiating contractual issues, assisting clients through large infrastructure and joint venture projects, and full legal support for a range of commercial, mixed use and residential developments.
Pipina regularly conducts due diligence for financiers in relation to property developments and pre-sale contracts, and is experienced in reviews of leases, and plans of subdivision for financiers and developers.
She carefully documents and advises on all facets of typical commercial leasing agreements for landlords, tenants and real estate agents.
Pipina began her career in a variety of paralegal positions at a busy general law firm. She gained excellent experience in a wide range of property transactions, probate matters, commercial litigation, family law and criminal matters.
During the 1980s she worked for Northern Territory Government as the assistant to the Secretary of the Royal Commission into the Azaria Chamberlain case.
Since qualification and admission as a lawyer a decade ago, her focus has been increasingly on business, commercial, and property law.
